What are my postage options for items ordered online?
If you are within the UK your order will be sent via Royal Mail. For orders under £300 your items will be sent 1st class, for orders £300 and over, your items will be sent 1st class signed for. For orders outside the UK, your items will be sent via DHL.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, please allow 1-4 working days for it to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email with the appropriate tracking reference. If you have an order being sent to an address outside the UK, please get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org for tracking information.
Can I change the delivery address on the order I have just placed?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t already been dispatched. Please immediately send an email to email@example.com or give us a call on +44 (0) 20 3026 9125 and we can change the delivery address accordingly.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?

How quickly can I can my order to an address outside the UK?
Orders sent to an address outside the UK are delivered via DHL. Items usually arrive within 1-2 days. However, delivery can be expedited if appropriate notice is given and for an additional cost. Can you send my order via courier?
This service may be accommodated if organised, and costs are covered by the customer.
What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel does not arrive, please check the tracking details provided in your oder confirmation email. If more information is needed please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +44 (0) 20 3026 9125.
Will my parcel fit through my letter box?
Our orders are sent in a large letter parcel so should fit through most letter boxes. However, exceptions to this include if the volume of your order requires a larger parcel, or if your order requires a signature for delivery.
Will my parcel incur customs or import duty?
Yes if you live outside of the EU import duties may be charged when the parcel reaches you. We cannot predict how much these will be. Contact your local DHL courier and they will be able to guide you.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver internationally to most countries. If you have any concerns about your international delivery address please send an email to email@example.com.
Will you let me know the status of my order?
You will receive an email informing you when your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Any other status updates can be viewed via the tracking details provided in this confirmation email.
