He most certainly is, but who the hell cares? Move over old man, there are gilded bums (arty not farty) and floating pants (yes!) and what looked like a Reception Class project having a 'Honey, I blew up the Kid' moment. This years Turner Prize exhibition was a winner. Anthea Hamilton to get the prize!

Head down to the Tate Britain it really is worth a visit. There's a lot more art to see than at the Tate Modern, but the cafe is way more expensive!
