Beija London, launched in 2016, is an independent lingerie and swimwear brand. Renowned for its beautifully neat design aesthetic, great quality and impeccable standard of fit. Beija offers lingerie and swimwear for AA - H cup sizes. We sell our products via our website, flagship store in King’s Cross, wholesale and marketplace partners. We are a small and creative 6 person team based from our office in Islington.


15 hours per week, 3 hours per day with opportunity for overtime.

Remote and flexible hours available. 

Salary - competitive.

Part time contract.


On call to respond to all incoming phone calls and any voicemails.

Offer our customers personalised bra fitting and sizing advice through our various communication channels.

Responding to all customer queries that come through via email, whatsapp and instagram DMs. 

Looks to continually improve all touchpoints our customers have with our website to deliver them helpful, above and beyond service.

Liaising with team members to ensure best practices are in place to achieve service excellence.

Communicating with our warehouse to ensure they are maintaining our high standard of packing and dispatch, that packaging stationary is replenished and orders are arriving in the specified time. 

Conscious high attention to system stock level accuracy when putting through new orders or any complicated returns and exchanges.

Continuously developing brand and business knowledge to enhance cross-selling, up-selling and replacement styles for order opportunities.

Continuously identifying process improvements and supporting operational efficiencies whilst managing customer expectations.

Ensuring all customer service hardware and software is working correctly and efficiently. 


Knowledge of bras and bra fitting.

Experience with Shopify and Zendesk (At least 1 of these, 2 is a bonus!).

Strong communicator across all platforms: Email, phone, whatsapp.

Able to problem solve and take initiative.

Seeks out improvement opportunities and makes them happen.
