RETURNS & SHIPPING
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days.
Your order will come with a FREEPOST BEIJA label, which you can attach to your returning package and simply post in your local Royal Mail post box. If you wish to obtain proof of postage, please send your package at your own cost and arrangement to:

When completing your return form, please include all of your information so we can identify the order, as this will delay your return if not.

UK returns: Free for UK customers by Royal Mail FREEPOST
International returns: You will have to pay the postage cost of returning the item(s) to us. If you wish to have an exchange you will need to make a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange for. You may use our designated shipping service (organise it HERE) or you can use any shipping company of your choice.
You can return or exchange items from your order for up to:
14 days = UK customers.
21 days = International customers.
from the date it arrives with you.
Orders placed in December have an extended returns period - 31st January.
STRICT POLICY: For products such as thongs we strictly do not accept returns. They will be rejected at our warehouse, unless proven faulty upon receipt. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Follow these 3 steps for a refund or exchange:
1.) We cannot accept returned products that we reasonably believe have been used or worn, unless the reason for the return is because the product is faulty or not as described. This is due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2.) Complete the returns form (which came with your order) and enclose within your package, indicating whether you prefer an exchange for another item or a refund.
3.) Send your item back to us at : Returns, Beija London Ltd. Unit 46, Coal Drops Yard, London N1C 4DQ
We recommend using a tracked method of postage as we cannot accept responsibility if your item is lost in postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.
If you cannot see the funds in your account you must contact your credit card company and bank, it can take up to 30 days before your refund is officially posted. If you are still having problems contact us on email@example.com
£5.50 standard delivery (48 hours tracked) or FREE standard delivery for orders £100 or choose our next working day service which costs £6.50 [You must place your order before 2pm]. We use Evri and dpd as our chosen carriers. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel it is on its way.
