Can feel a bit firm, so if between sizes or are after a more relaxed fit it is advised to size up.

Delivery
UK: Free standard delivery (3-5 working days) or choose our next day service which costs £5.50.
Rest of the world: Shipping price depends on your location. Your order will arrive with duties paid (ddp). You will only pay the amount that you see on the checkout page.
Returns
UK: Free both ways.
Rest of the world: You pay the postage cost of getting it back to us, you will then need to make a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.

Your delicates should be treated delicately. Bras which have underwires should ideally be washed by hand. All briefs are okay to go in the washing machine. We advise to use a lingerie bag if using a machine and using the handwash cycle on a cool temperature for most items.

We are an independent brand founded by two sisters who value quality items and buying less ‘stuff’. The majority of our products are made in Sri Lanka and China, and the less technical products are made in London. The family business has worked with our manufacturers for over 15 years, we have a very close relationship. Both the family business and our suppliers have grown together over the years, supporting each other. Our factories undergo yearly social audits and their reports are up to date, they work to Ethical Trade Initiative base code which is required for trading and widely recognised. Our style of work is streamlined and attentive to minimum waste, avoiding plastic and re-using what we can, extending the life of materials and objects at every opportunity.
