UK: Free returns.
International: International customers to pay the cost of postage to return the item(s) back to us using the postal service/courier of your choice. If you wish to make an exchange we cover the shipping cost once. Shipping costs of further exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.

Your delicates should be treated delicately. Bras which have underwires should ideally be washed by hand. All briefs are okay to go in the washing machine. We advise to use a lingerie wash bag if using a machine and using the handwash cycle on a cool temperature for most items.
