Who doesn’t love a collab? The chance to be introduced to something new by someone you trust, priceless! This season we are beyond thrilled to be partnering with My Lady Garden, London’s hottest flower bar and concept store. Together with Kaiva Kaimins, our gorgeous friend and founder of My Lady Garden we have designed Beija's Al Fresco collection in the new navy colour way and matched with her Christmas, festive and fresh bunch of the season!
The vision behind this partnership is not only out of passion for My Lady Garden's modern feminine aesthetic, but is born from a deep appreciation for this business woman's badass ethos and ambition. Kaiva is a delight. I connected with Kaiva over lockdown and had a bit of a breakdown in her shop as I popped in to pick up a bunch to cheer my spirits. This quickly turned into an emotional outpouring as we spoke about the robustness and oceans of girl power required as our businesses grew and grew through the pandemic, but all our staff were locked down and Royal Mail broke. A bad Google Review over the Beija store's 1 in 1 out safety policy sent me over the edge and I broke. The energy, and effort it took to front line our businesses was the wildest and most intense experience and I found comfort in Kaiva’s attitude and her glorious bunches that really do bring so much beauty and joy to the world!
The opportunity to work on the Al Fresco range together and align it with the cool, but festive, christmassy but elegant MLG bunch for the season is an honour and we couldn’t be prouder. If there is one thing women need at the moment it is the gentle security of our friends and peers as we cosy up for winter in a comforting and beautiful den that we’ve created for ourselves.
